OK, I think I currently have all the ingredients necessary to re-create this in my fridge. Is it as simple as a burger topped with mozzarella and sliced pepperoni? MMMM!

Good job doublecheeseblogger, I’ve been a patron of Bobby J’s in San Antonio for years now. Although I think their pizza burger is lackluster (pork and beef are a horrible combo IMO); your coverage of our favourite menu item (cheeseburgers) has grown from the most mundane, self serving prose, to an actual useful account of America’s most beloved culinary creation (however German it might be), keep it coming!

Hey Ceeseblogger,

I’m liking the website it’s pretty helpful. I love burgers and I live in San Antonio (Potranco and 151 area). I’ve been to quite a few that you don’t have posted, but I can’t quite recall their names. Cheesy Jane’s on 1604 and bandera is a good start. They have some good burgers and old fashioned milkshakes.
