You can always try my fluff burger!?

Long time reader of doublecheeseblogger. As an avid lover of all things burgers, I find your editorials really enlightening. But I also love that you cover pop culture as well. Which is why I’m writing to you now.

I wanted to reach out to you because the company I work for (a social media firm in LA) is helping out BlackBook Magazine (blackbookmag.com) with an iPhone app that I think is very much in line with the type of content you publish on the site. Basically, the app is a nightlife guide from that provides access to curated reviews of awesome shops, restaurants, bars, and hotels in a given neighborhood.

What I find particularly cool is that the app integrates with Foursquare’s geolocation technology. (If you haven’t heard of Foursquare, it’s a very popular program that lets you “check-in” at your favorite locations, gaining travel points and giving tips to others who may be interested in stopping by later.)

So basically the BlackBook app allows you to check out reviews and get special access (free drinks, discounts, etc.) while interacting with friends on a virtual map.

It seemed like the app would appeal to you/your readers, and I thought maybe you’d be interested in sharing on doublecheeseblogger. If you are in fact interested, I’m told we could figure out some discounts for your readers. Additionally, if you have a favorite bar, the good folks at BlackBook would be happy to feature it in their database.
